I am a graduate student in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at University of California, Santa Cruz, working with Shiva Abbaszadeh. I am broadly interested in novel technologies and methods for quantitative biomedical imaging. Currently, my work focuses on molecular imaging using positron emission tomography (PET) scanning; in particular, developing faster and more sensitive detection technologies.

I was previously a research assistant working with Craig Levin in the Molecular Imaging Instrumentation Laboratory (MIIL), at Stanford University and was a student affiliate at Université PSL at the same time. I received a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2018.
